What's twoplus Fertility?
twoplus is a Singapore start-up that plies a niche in fertility solutions. Started by a scientist and doctor duo, it offers a range of science-backed products and services that seek to help couples combat infertility and conception afflictions.
What I did
After its inauguration, twoplus needed a strong online presence to get the word out, that help is readily accessible. As the contracted writer, I assisted the team in setting up 'base camp' and wrote across a variety of content platforms that include webpage copies, EDMs, social media copies, FAQs, meta descriptions, and blog posts.
Webpage copywriting
Product guide: Sperm Guide
I wrote step-by-step instructional texts on how customers should be using the Sperm Guide, while making sure the words are closely associated with the illustrations.
Product description: CoQ10 supplement
For each product being offered on the e-shop, I presented the medical and sexual wellness benefits in an understandable, layman manner in the descriptions.
Blog post
I wrote a pioneer batch of blog posts that were easily adapted to bite-sized reads in twoplus's EDM newsletters.
FAQ: Sperm Guide
Based on the common questions customers had in mind (or what was commonly searched for online), I wrote SEO-optimised answers that sought to improve page rankings, not just resolve customers' queries.
